– Discipline and guiding children
– Changing family relationships
– Attachment
– Strong emotions (anxiety, anger, tantrums, loneliness)
– Taking care of ourselves
– And generally finding ways to feel calm, happy and proud of ourselves and our children.
Our adult support workers are always available for conversations at both of locations while you and your child are attending the drop-in programs.
PARENT’s NIGHT-OUT – Group support Program
Parent’s Night Out is an opportunity for parents/caregivers to come out and take part in hands-on activities that will promote self care, mental health, and social & emotional wellbeing.
- Where: In Person at South Vancouver Family Place , 7710 Nanaimo St.
- When: Once a month in the evenings . Please check calendar for monthly schedule
